Birmingham Airport Terminal

Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport consists of a single passenger terminal, which has two Levels and three Concourses. 

Levels

Ground level

In the Ground Level, passengers will find Baggage Claim facilities and ground transportation options. Also, there are many services in this Level: toilets, Airport offices, meeting rooms, animal relief area, police services, pay phones, ATMs and others. You can access to the Upper Floor by escalators and lifts. 

Upper level

This level hosts Check-In, Security Checkpoint and boarding gates. Find gates A1 to A8 in Concourse A; gates B1 to B5 in Concourse B and gates C1 to C6 in Concourse C. Several facilities are available in this Level, such as toilets, baby changing rooms, prayer room, shops, pay phones, restaurants and cafés, etc.
